Payment Policy

Doctors at Sandton Doctors Medical Centre are NOT contracted to any medical aid scheme, we are a cash practice. This means that patients are personally liable for settlement of account fees immediately on completion of the service. Patients can then submit their invoices to their particular medical aids so that they can be reimbursed for the service at their medical aid scheme rate. Please bear in mind that we charge all patients the same fees for service, these fees may or may not be in line with every medical aid scheme rate in South Africa.
